How the Vac Exchange Program Works
VacExchange makes it easier for car wash operators to replace old or broken vacuum equipment. You send us information about your current unit, Encore estimates the value of reusable parts, and you can apply that value toward a renewed, factory-certified vacuum.
Submit Your Vacuum Information
Start by sending us basic information about your car wash site and the vacuum equipment you want to trade in. If you know the brand, model, or age of the unit, include it. If not, that is okay - photos are often the best place to start.

Encore Reviews Your Submission
Encore reviews your photos and equipment information to estimate the condition and reusable value of the old vacuum. If we need additional photos or details, our team will contact you.

Receive an Estimated Exchange Credit
Based on the photos and information provided, Encore will issue an estimated exchange credit that may be applied toward a renewed vacuum purchase. This estimate is not final until the returned unit is received and inspected by Encore.

Upgrade to a Renewed Vacuum
Once your quote is approved, Encore will coordinate the purchase and shipment of your renewed vacuum. VacExchange renewed units are inspected, rebuilt, tested, and backed by a six-month limited warranty.

Return Your Old Vacuum
After receiving your renewed vacuum, you will return your old unit to Encore within the required return window. Encore can provide return instructions and freight coordination options as part of the quote process.

Final Inspection and True-Up
Once Encore receives the returned unit, we inspect the equipment and confirm the final value of reusable parts. If the final value is different from the original estimate, Encore will complete a credit adjustment or true-up according to the final quote terms.

Important Estimate Disclaimer
Initial exchange credits are estimates only. Final credit value is subject to a physical inspection after Encore receives the returned unit at our remanufacturing facility.
