Six-Month Limited Warranty

Every VacExchange renewed vacuum is inspected, rebuilt, tested, and backed by a six-month limited warranty. Our goal is to give operators confidence when purchasing renewed equipment from Encore.

What the Warranty Covers

The VacExchange six-month limited warranty covers eligible defects in workmanship and covered rebuilt components under normal commercial use. Warranty coverage applies only to renewed equipment purchased through VacExchange and begins on the applicable shipment or purchase date, as defined in the final quote terms.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover conditions caused by improper installation, site electrical problems, misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, third-party modifications, non-approved parts or repairs, freight damage, improper packaging, or normal wear.

  • Improper installation or electrical wire spikes at the customer site
  • Abuse, misuse, or absolute lack of basic field maintenance tracking
  • Third-party component modifications or non-approved parts and repairs
  • Damage during customer handling or return freight transit packaging structural breaks
  • Cosmetic wear, paint scrapes, or housing discoloration that does not affect performance
