Primary Transactional Binding Notice
All intake data evaluation proposals, software estimations, and equipment core pricing figures issued on this platform are conditional baselines. They become fully binding only when authorized on an official written quote signed by Encore Vacuum Company.
1. Intake Representation Authenticity
By uploading asset visuals or hardware specifications into our ingestion engine, you warrant that you are the lawful owner of said equipment, possess clear authorization to trade it in, and that all descriptions accurately reflect its operating status.
2. The 30-Day Return Pipeline Window
Operators taking delivery of a factory-certified renewed unit under our exchange proposal terms agree to secure, pack, and ship their traded hardware core back to Encore within exactly thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the replacement unit.
3. Core Inspection & Balances True-Up
Upon physical arrival at the remanufacturing center, our engineering teams complete a full component breakdown check. If critical structural damage or missing components are intercepted that deviate from your uploaded images, a true-up balance modification will be calculated against the initial estimate.
